They got a great pledge class, and are most likely keeping the house because of the fact that chi phi will be kicked off. They can be a little douchey, but generally nice and definitely fun. They killed it with zbtahiti, and have justified why they've been in the top tier discussion lately.

Obviously a heap of self ranking going on here. "Low top tier"? Try "bottom tier". They're the first to throw open parties when the year begins, but after that they quickly become irrelevant. Being banned from campus won't help either...
