Sororities rules /PHA rules change pretty much every year. Last year, a few rules involving recruitment were changed. One of them being the way chapters can communicate and reach out to potential new members. Sorority members are allowed to follow girls who have signed up for recruitment, they’re allowed to message them about recruitment, and they’re allowed to do the same for girls who haven’t signed up for recruitment yet. This is in efforts to help get people signed up for recruitment and is no way a form of “dirty rushing”. Dirty rushing is when you promise a girl you’ll see her the next round, promising her a bid, giving them gifts, and things of that nature. If dirty rushing occurs, PHA is usually quick to notice and punishments follow.

Very accurate, also theres only a handful of sororities that actually do dirty rush and its Axo, xo and dz just so yall know. I went through recruitment twice and repeatedly heard problems and experienced it with those 3.
