Ball State no longer recongonizes them as part of Greek life. That being said they still have their charter because only national headquarters are able to revoke those. So, techinally yes because the office of Greek Life does not recognize them, however their headquarters has yet to revoke their charter.

That's true, however OGL never seems to update the website. All I know is I don't think Theta Chi has done any recruitment this year and they haven't been involved in anything either. And their social media has been dead.

They're still listed on OGL's website as part of IFC, so I don't think this is true
