Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 4.5 Some of the nicest, most friendly, fun guys on campus. Have never felt unsafe at a Phi Psi party and always have a great time. Just because they don’t have a house doesn’t mean they aren’t good guys! Some of the most respectful dudes on campus.
