Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 2.0 Lately I have been hearing bad things about this frat. The Phi Delts that I have previously been around were good guys, but recently, they have not been holding up to their values. I think they need to be more strict about who they let in their frat because this is not a good look. Do better boys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 3.9 Always have a lot of really friendly and good looking brothers but there's also 2 times as many weirdos. Chapter seems to be involved with a lot of great things on and off campus. They are a good chapter but they cannot move to middle or top tier until they move to Riverside
