Can somebody say GEED cause thats all I see when I go to one of their "parties" because oh yeah they don't have a house and some of the guys are so rude. They have a lot of work to do and need to climb off their high horse...very full of themselves

It looks like every event they go to they pass out sperrys, salmon colored shorts, vineyard vines shirts and whatever "frat attire" is in at the time. Definition of the dousches that want to be on total frat move. Plus they're a dry house but still try to have parties

Honestly... If I only had 3 cents in my pocket and admission into Theta Chi was 30 cents, I would submit myself to a homeless guy on the streets for 27 cents to fulfill my 30 cents admission fee to get into the house and then realize what I did was really wrong and give the 27 cents back to the homeless guy and apologize for wasting his time as well as his wellbeing and invite him out to a nice dinner only to then realize I only had 3 cents. Waste of a night. Don't rush.
