They're not creepy. I liked their parties more a few years ago on Neely and Abbott but they're definitely going to turn up with their new house on Riverside. A lot of cute and sweet guys. I go over every weekend with my PC. Free rides, too!!!

Pi Phi is a great sorority with amazing girls. Went to one of their formals and have become pretty close with a lot of the girls. They’re definitely growing and pushing towards top tier especially with how good their fall 2018 recruitment season was. Don’t know why people are saying they self rank, because I’m with them often and don’t hear them self rank at all.

Hit or miss with parties. This is the spoiled rich kid frat so if you need a sugar daddy, I guess this is it. They rarely have good parties besides Fiji Isle and that only happens once. All the dudes I liked from the frat hated their own brothers so their brotherhood is not good at all.
