Can anyone rent the former SigEp house or does it have to be a recognized Greek Life organization?

A lot of groups could use that house and do something with it.

Not unless they lose the house. Im not sure if they have a housing committee or an alumni trust, but more than likely it is owned by an alumni or nationals
