Im rather upset with how this chapter has turned into lately. There's no real sense of sisterhood. Just 40 girls trying to be the boss of each other. Its also really sad when just about every woman in that sorority say they never wanted to join Alpha Xi Delta in the first place and only joined because no one else bid them. No wonder the retention rate is one of the worst.

These girls are nice but their chapter is so small compared to the others that it will be nearly impossible for them to ever have an even playing field. They did great in recruitment this year, way better than Kd! Good job girls!

Met a few of these girls this weekend and they were very polite. Coming from a southern gentlemen I believe they conducted themselves well in the presence of guests and that's noticed every now and then would love to party with them if I'm ever back in Johnson city again. Thank you ladies for your hospitality

The Alpha Xi girls are by far the classiest on campus with the strongest sisterhood. I've never met a more fun, down to earth group of girls. Look for them to be on top soon. They deserve it.

This sorority has grown the past few years and continue to do so. These girls are sometimes shy but are fun to get to know and some of the nicest girls on campus. They're also very competitive and seem to be thought of as the underdogs sometimes, but do not be mislead. Can't wait to see what is in store for them fall recruitment.
