AOII needs a lot of work. From their social media to their presence on campus, there is a lot to improve on. I didn't see them table once last semester which must not help them get more girls, adding to them being under campus total. They also don't seem to be involved in many philanthropy things- at least if they were it wasn't on campus. I never see letters being worn around and when I do, it doesn't look like they are being worn with pride. Going to their social media- they seem to post they same 7 or so girls. To me that says that either the person who runs the account has clear favorites or they are ashamed of their other sisters. There are probably 10-20 girls in their chapter who haven't been featured once on social media. I'm sure a lot of those girls aren't new either. As an outsider looking it, it seems like they need to working on sisterhood, or at least the outward appearance of sisterhood. Showcase all your girls, you chose them to be your sisters for a reason right? Act like it. Looking at group pictures of everyone vs the ones you post is so sad.

Seriously sweetest girls on campus. All the others better watch out, these girls are making a comeback with their new pledge class. I hear guys on campus all the time talking about how hot they are.

Some of the best girls on campus. Their involvement with campus in the past and now has been great! They might not be as involved with other sororities but it's only because each sorority is just as stuck as the others are. Let's be honest, none of the sororities get along and adpi's are not the only ones to blame.

I’ve heard a lot about problems with Sigma Chi around the school recently. Their parties are very uncomfortable and usually feel pretty awkward (but that’s just my experience). I’ve heard from a lot of people that they have had great parties in the past but are now getting more and more problems with the brothers’ behavior.
