STOP asking "which houses are better?" and "what are the reputations of each house?"...If you know anything about greek life you will know that houses reputations change almost every year. Every house is required to do the same type of stuff (philanthropy work, get good grades...etc) No house is better than the rest. One house might be better in grades, one might be better in philanthropy, one might have "prettier" girls but all that can change within a year. Go through recruitment and find the house you like best, forget who the "best" is and go make the sorority you'll learn to love the "best".
