sororitys and nursing

by: ya bye

Idk why sorority girls think their so smart when their nursing majors. You're just learning how to take someone's temperature and blood pressure. ANYONE can do that.

So next time an adpi or chio is in Joyner complaining about how hard nursing is, please tell them to stop.

That's far from the truth. Nursing is so much harder than that, are you kidding? You are learning how to recognize signs and symptoms of all types of diseases/illnesses, how to treat it, how to manage a dying patients to make sure they don't, yah know, die?? Nurses actually do more than the doctors. When a patient codes, guess who the first person is in the room trying to resuscitate them? NURSES. If you were in a hospital with this attitude, i would hope to god you had a little bit more respect for the blood, sweat, and tears your nurses taking care of you had to endure to get where they are. Also, ECU's nursing program is one of the best ranked in the country. Top 6th public school, and top 14th including public and private. So next time you see a sorority girl in the library complaining about how hard nursing is, you should thank them. PERIOD.

First off what did this even have to do with sororities lol (must have got dropped). Second off ECU has one of the most competitive nursing schools in the country. Third the bachelors in nursing degree was ranked the toughest bachelors degree to obtain. Fourth I hope for your sake you never treat actual nurses like this one day when they are the ones helping you in the hospital. Honestly, next ...

Someone is obviously extremely jealous they’re not a) smart enough to get into nursing school especially here b) couldn’t get into either sorority if they tried. How sad
