Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 3.0 Top Tier because of reputation, but many of their new guys make girls feel uncomfortable. They think just because they are pikes you are supposed to go home with them and just do whatever they want. I only go occasionally because my sisters go, not as good as everyone thinks.
