This group is a bunch of liars at the Greek talk they lied almost every sentence. They are not the fraternity with the highest GPA one they were a colony. Two it was Sig Ep, and Three don't call out other fraternities without knowing all the facts.

these guys know how to party, they throw down every single day (just gotta know where) they are very classy and dont seem to creep like most frat guys. They just know how to have alot of fun.
