Given I have seen these breed of "girls" at many universities in many different states. I would honestly have to say that the ECU chapter is by far the lowest of the low. No class is shown. I doubt the sleazy fraternities at ECU would have anything to do with them if they had the slightest bit of self respect and dignity.
