Delta Chi has been known to foster unhealthy relationships with its new members. Various sororities have claimed to feel unrelatable or unable to socialize with the brothers without drinking. Speaks volumes to the content of the chapter's character and how they conduct themselves around women. Work on that, and they wouldn't be so undesirable.
