quota

Is it bad that some houses didn't make quota? Is making quota mandatory? I heard one house got four snap bids but I don't remember which what's a snap bid even mean

Its pretty bad when a chapter doesnt make quota.It pretty much means that of all the girls that went through recruitment, very few were actually interested in becoming your sisters.

a snap bid, at least how i understand it, is when a chapter gives a bid to a girl they liked, but she withdrew from recruitment for whatever reason before finishing the process. they're given on the morning of bid day to add extra girls if they find out they didn't make quota

Yes it is considered that you didn't recruit very well if you didn't meet quota and had to hand out snap bids. Aka asa

didnt ASA give out like 19 snap bids? lol. phi mu even did better than you. that chapter is on the serious decline.
who else had crazy snap bids besides ASA?

ASA gave out 9 snap bids, not 19. still pretty bad though
