Plain and simple, the only fraternity that would survive at a large state school. Very few ghost brothers, which is rare for a Davidson fraternity, and a genuine appreciation for their fellow brothers, also rare at Davidson.

Kappa Sigma is still the best Frat on Davidson's campus, hands down. They understand the meaning of brotherhood and are extremely unified, also are the most popular guys on campus and that truly goes without saying. They were put in a bad situation by administration and delt with it. I expect a huge comeback.

These guys are THE best fraternity at Davison by far! They are gentleman and super sweet! They have the best looking guys and the best parties! I love hanging out with them, because they are genuine guys and so easy to get a long with. Yeah, they might not all be from the south, but they are all pretty much southern gentleman. (I would know. I was born and raised in the south). To reiterate my first point, THEY ARE TOP TIER. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

I went to one of their parties, and those guys are super weird. Not "fratty" whatsoever. They made me super uncomfortable, so I got out of there real quick. I wouldn't say they were a fraternity; I'd say it was more like a GDI club.

These rankings are an utter joke. The top two are Kappa Alpha Psi and FIJI? Are you kidding me? Kappa Alpha Psi, besides their respectable philanthropy, is unheard of on the court. They are tiny (I don't even know if their membership is in the double digits). FIJI is a bunch of socially awkward nerds. I suppose they represent the changing face of Davidson, so perhaps they will be considered a "top house" in the coming years given that each successive Davidson class is more and more lame.

Up and coming frat, they used to be thought of as nerds but in the last couple years they've really turned that around. There's still a bunch of really smart 'nerds' but much less socially awkward. They've also started doing more service on campus, so if you're smart but know how to party, or really want to learn how to do both, these are the guys to look at.

Second largest fraternity at Davidson, really great group of guys. It's really hard to define what SigEp's "thing" is (e.g. Fijis are losers, KAs are rich pricks) because they have such a diverse group of guys. They seem to make it work really well and I like most of them
