Can always be found at parties but not always upholding Greek standards. They get upset over having a bad reputation but do not put in effort to really make a positive difference on campus. Not all the girls are bad they just need to come together and really work on things.

No fraternity or sorority is perfect, but these girls do strive for the best. They are genuine about their sisterhood and philanthropy. Each year they have been recruiting girls who will make a positive impact on their chapter. I'm happy to see their bonds with other organizations on campus have been growing stronger, we all love working with them.

I've heard some of their past problems, but its not anything serious - everyone makes mistakes. The ladies of Alpha Xi Delta were able to bounce back quickly and show the campus who they really are. Constantly see them getting involved on campus and working for their charity. Lots of interaction with other sorority girls, frat guys, and even those who arent greek so thats cool to see.
