Which Frats and Sororities have actual housing available?

Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Chi are the only fraternities with actual houses deemed official by the school and their nationals. All other fraternities are just renting out houses in northridge.

Kapa Kappa Gamma, Alpha Phi, and Delta Delta Delta are the only sororities with actual houses deemed official by their nationals as well.

All Panhellenic sororities have actual houses but Phi Mu does not .

AOii, APhi, Axid ,DDD,DZ and Kappa

Tridelt is th only hous that has a legitamate sorority house with a house cooperation that keeps the house beautiful. Plus let's be real. We all know it's the cutest house. The other sororities have girls that live in a house though.

they all have houses, but they aren't recognized by their nationals. that is why the only house that has actual letters on their house is tri delt. and for fraternities i think its just phi delt and sigma chi

Tri Delt is the only house with letters on their outside because they pay for it. The other houses don't want to pay an additional fee to put out greek letters.
