definetly...theyll be top teir next semester or soon. for now id say they are the top mid teir house

SAE has the some geeds that rival the bottom tier houses lol. That house is getting worse and worse and now they don't even have a pledging process...

SAE,Sigma Chi Pike

MIddle
Sigep,pikekapp, Lambda chi, AEpi

Bottom
ZBT, Phi delt, Kappa Sigma etc

for bottom, LAMBDA CHI is definitely in bottom

Lambda Chi is definitely not bottom house. They're mid tier. The rankings by "here it is" is most accurate.
