These are as real as it gets. Veteran Greek.

Fraternities:

Top: PIKE, SAE, Sigma Chi, TOP (Sigma chi barely made it)
Middle: Sigep, Pikapps, TKE
Bottom: EVERYONE ELSE.

Sororities:
Top: Kappa, Alpha Phi (Definitely a tie)
Middle: Axid, Delta Delta Delta, (Axid with an advantage)
Bottom: EVERYONE ELSE.

The only reason phi an kappa are on top is because of looks
But the fraternity isn't based on looks. How can a house be on top if they are never involved in supporting other houses and disappear but come out only when it comes to their event. So therefore, kappa and phi arnt top houses they need to get over thinkin they are top because apparently they arnt anymore. Looks can get you so far. Open up your eyes girls. They lost being top a while ago.

Rankings based on personality, participaton, and looks---in that order


Frats:
Top tier: Sig ep, TOP, SAE, sigma chi
Mid: pikapps, lamda chi, pike
Bttm: everyone else


Sororities:
Top: alpha phi, axid, kappa
Mid: dz, tridelt
Bttm: phi mu, aopi

Couldn't agree with you more! obviously the people who are posting here are putting THEIR houses in either top or middle whereas they are self ranking themselves too high. But I completely agree with you in your comment...
