Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 5.0 Let sit here and her a dumb beezy. If you dont like the parties simply dont come. No one is forcing you to come but im sure you are one of those beezys that like to freeload. Regardless of what you say they are one of the top houses on campus. Dont hate because the frat you hangout with is not one of the best. Once again, if you dont like something dont participate in it. Simple.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.8 Most of the negative ranks are stupid, talking about the past house and the reasons they were kicked off. The house may have a negative past but the new house is amazing and it no longer has the past negative alumni around. They are a completely changed house and are an amazing group of guys. They are VERY involved on campus and have a huge influence on this campus. Their parties are fun if you are down to hang out with some great guys. No they aren't your stereotypical fraternity but only in a positive way. Get to know them you wont regret it, LOVE this whole fraternity.

Most of the negative ranks are stupid, talking about the past house and the reasons they were kicked off.
