As an active, involved sister of KKG, I would like to encourage all potential new members to not judge/base their opinions off anonymous posts on greekrank. As recruitment nears, be opened minded. Not just with Kappa, but all the houses. Everyone finds their home in a different place, so find yours and respect those who found it elsewhere. We in Kappa love and respect each other and all of our panhellenic sisters. We've fallen in love with Kappa and know you'll love whatever house you chose too

This house won both "Best Grades" and "Most spirited" awards last semester. That really should speak for itself. These girls are always doing something and they put their sisterhood before another house's event or frat party. These girls are the girls you take home to your parents. Who are good at everything - pretty, smart, and talented. I'd only date a kappa and LOVE going to their events and formals. This is the house to be in.

This house can be summed up in a few simple words: ghetto, diverse, scary. I wouldn't want to argue or fight an Aopi. They are all so ghetto. Like, from the hood ghetto.

Poor phi mu. They want so badly to be like the other houses but can't. They are new and need to boost their numbers. So they literally will accept ANYONE. All the leftovers get into this house. They don't even have a house so all meetings and events are on campus. And they are really weird.. They try selling "you make your own reputation since we are so new" but this house has a reputation - strange weird reject girls who wanna be like the other houses

Phi is that house with the reputation for being hot, which I'll give to them. But otherwise, they are classless girls who drink in their letters (among other inappropriate things), are fake, and ultimately cheaters. Meaning, they keep girls off their roster to improve their grades. I'd be embarassed to be apart of this house. Other houses think they're a joke and fraternities go to them for an easy time. Nobody takes phis seriously.

I made friends with some girls in my rush group and they went kappa. I REEAALLYY wanted this house. They are so friendly and pretty and classy. It's intimidating. I'm still close with my rush friends and they love being in kappa. I'm honestly jealous and while my house is ok, I still wish I was a kappa. There seems to be no drama and while they have strict rules, they are all classy and well represented. They seem to be more focused on their own sisterhood than being involved with other houses.
