Their parties are the stuff you see in movies. The kind of stuff you wouldn't expect at csun. Definitely the frat of frats at this school.

They're nice guys. If you get to know them they would make good friends. They have their fun but realistically they are not a top house. Probably middle or towards the bottom. Not the coolest guys on campus.
