tbh I've seen a lot of false claims towards ZBT and other fraternities, no one should make these remarks just to brush them off and make other fraternities looks better or downgrade others. Its unfair for people actually trying to rush specific frats. but seeing all these false claims, its immature. I'm not affiliated with greek life but I'm aware of what goes on. tbh whether people like it or not ZBT is a top house and might be the best if they go all out in everything this year with parties and all these events they their known for. And I'm sure no one is gonna stop them from having fun, it's what their known for. everything is there all they gotta do is make sure they let everyone know they really earned where they are at now.

I have yet to meet a guy in this house who isn’t ripped asf. Damn respect

Delta zeta used to be known as being the awkward house full of weird not cute girls. They got good pledge classes for the past 2 years so they have improved but they still have a mix of the older weird antisocial members that don't know how to talk to anybody but they got cuter girls (mostly girls who sleep around and party tho). They have a good mix and you don't see too many Delta zeta's around there are a good 3-4 who will show up to every party but aside from those same faces they don't really hang out with a lot of houses they maybe try to go to sigep parties but its that small batch of girls. Their sisterhood isn't good where they all just all get along. They also have cute girls like the choco fam but theyre known for being the DZ hoes who really will sleep with anyone even if it is your boyfriend. Some are sloppy drunks but there are a handful who are sweet. The rest don't come out to anything to know them.

For the girls who want to join greek life , this is a post I wish I could have read before I joined. Greek life is amazing and it exposes you to so many people that will in turn change your life and help you become you are. Greek life does open so many doors no matter what house you join. However, many people join the wrong house because you only get a few days to see what the houses are like before you're stuck in them for life. Those first few days are not a true representation of the houses these are my unbiased opinions that I've seen and heard from what my time at csun.. Alpha Phi is known as the house full of rich white girls (most a re blondes , not very diverse and a lot aren't too friendly) Wont get to know other girls that are not in their sorority unless they want to recruit you. They get labeled as wealthy because they pay a lot in dues and have alumni who spend a lot of money on their recruitment to get girls to join. The issue is girls get sucked in with all the beautiful presentations that they don't get a true sisterhood. Many of the girls have their own little friend circles but you will not large groups of Aphis together. They also seem pretty entitled because many other sororities do not feel like they are friendly and give a lot of dirty looks. Same with frats these girls only associate with who they "think " is cool which is exclusive to sigma chi, sigep and maybe SAE
