How would you describe each fraternity at CSUSM (SAE,KS,SigChi, etc)

SAE: Rich white boys. Philo is good and their events are ok.
SigChi: diverse group. Philo is fun and a lot of the sororitys participate. (Fav. time of the year)
KS:newer group. Fun.
I'd say sig chi and sae are top forsure.
