Random dudes who couldn’t rush a frat on campus because of grades, housing probation etc. didn’t get on campus be of breaking many rules. Every few years csusm chooses a couple of new organizations to bring on campus, and after a waiting period of a year or two of being selected they can finally be recognized...they’re looking at minimum 3-4 years until being on campus, if they even get selected to be.

You are assuming no one ever looked at the current Greek system and thought maybe they don’t like the existing chapters and wanted to colonize a new fraternity. This is sarcastic of course.
And by waiting for IFC to chose your fraternity you are ceding your choice to someone else. Why should you allow the IFC/University decide which fraternity you want to start?
