Im here to give these guys an honest ranking and here it is. they dont do a lot of stuff they're suppose to but they are the uncontested bust guys on campus. Sig Eps represent what a fraternity should look like externally and are getting everything together internally, not just the party frat anymore. for instance, actually look at their rankings. keep in mind 1.4 is the lowest rank that can be given and Sig Ep is without a doubt the most social and popular group on campus. Ego phi psi rankings.

I went to all of their date parties last year and they were a blast. Cool venues and so much fun. The best balance between fun and social. They may not have a house now but they still threw the most parties this fall without one. Step up phi psi??

if you join this organization you are wasting your time. The guys lost their national pike endorsement, Margret wont let them back on as TKE if she is familiar with it -- she already knows -- and they are in the process of selling their house. basically a not so secret society of goobers...

The fact that these guys can stay top tier without a house speaks for itself. You join a fraternity for the people and the relationships that will form during your college experience. joining a certain affiliation for the wrong reasons - house - can ruin your four years and all these boys did it right. Also, i herd a rumor about 32nd and dav becoming their house again......... NEIGHBORS!!!!!

A part of me really wishes PIKE never got kicked off. makes you wonder what the system would have looked like the last two years. Sig ep wouldn't have become top house for sure and phi psi would still be getting PIKEs left overs. This is an example of a giant falling and hitting rock bottom. Bye Pi Kappa Alpha, when you come back in 40 years it will be like SAEs great return. goober central.
