Only frat which owns its own house. They've made a bunch of renovations recently to make it look less like a trap house and more like an actual living space. Great mix of guys, including GS vets and international students. Very eclectic, but all around degenerate. Not very involved in the school because they don't have to be—every other frat and sorority has to keep up their ALPHA standards to fight for brownstones, while Beta owns its own property.

They had the best parties of any frat last year. Would consider them the top house, definitely seem more exclusive and active than sigep nowadays. A lot of rich international boys, also a lot of cute boys--some of them can be douchey, but overall the guys tend to be friendly and chill.
