to the pnms thinking ab not going through recruitment bc of the changes in social gatherings and all of that: i totally get you. almost everything related to greek life involves groups, whether that’s service projects or social events. I think it’s also important to keep in mind that a sophomore going through recruitment has limited options, still plenty of wonderful houses! but not all of them. obviously this could change as sororities might be more understanding as to why a pnm would want to wait, but the generalization is that sophomores have a lower opportunity to be in some houses. This is new territory for all of us. Be sure you’re thinking of what the best option is for YOU.
