Recommendation letters

yes... one or more members of the recruitment team read them. a really great one from an invested alumni who knows you well is great and can be super helpful in putting you on their radar, but past that it is pretty much just a checked box, you need to do it but they don't mean as much as other aspects of your rush. I think this will be basically the same this year, esp with the interaction rule change.
