The vibe is still extremely small town. Nothing against ,pick up truck yee towns but the people they have chosen to lead recruitment are a little ehhh. They need to pick people more articulate and less old row. If your town is one word pronounce it as such. Oh my!

We all have soutgern accents. A southern accent does not excuse poor grammar.
