I’ve met and known many tri delts that were beyond rude to everyone they came in contact with that wasn’t in their chapter. They also have a reputation or not being classy at all. Really sad this is what is considered a top house.

The behind closed door talks only create a hostile enviroment and encourage negativity. Work on making changes even though it will take years and years it will be worth it.
