Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 1.8 NOT the top house. Good try though, self rank. Chi O is third at best. Behind Pi Phi and Kappa, and maybe even Tri Delt on some days. If by top you're judging what they THINK they are then yes they're top. But when it comes to how they rank in greek life as a whole, Chi O is not the top.
