Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 2.0 Biggest dirtbags on campus. They also got some weird ass dudes in this fraternity. I have only been their once and then headed over to SAE and it is way way better.
