I think we are all surprised they can afford a house by taking 2 kids a semester. They are really nice but also very weird. They'll make you breakfast that's true.

The absolute worst fraternity on this campus. I’m surprised that they’re still around as the average 2 new kids a semester. I’d go so far as to say Theta Chi is better than them & that’s just sad.

What a joke. How is it these guys have a house on campus and can only get a pledge class of 2 guys? It’s sad that they can’t take advantage of all the resources their alumni give them. Also, the guys are just straight up weird.

Farmhouse is the biggest joke on campus. They don’t even have Greek letters. These guys are dirty, their house is small and old, and let’s not forget their horrible leadership. I give it 2 years before farmhouse is gone. Biggest joke on campus.

They have been growing ever since they got their house redone. Also their parties are always fun and I never feel unsafe literally the only frat I don’t mind being their late at night.
