what are you looking for in a frat? They're all great frats but offer different things

well said. I'd personally go zoo if I were gonna go off campus, But on campus, probably Lambda idk. SIg ep goes harder but they've been on the decline so its a tough one. If you were to ask me in 2013 I would have said sig ep without a doubt

I narrowed it down to these three for the fallowing reasons.
Sig Ep: Pros: -Strong brotherhood/ pledge process
-Good social life with sororities and solid parties
-Chill/cool guys very athletic good at sports
-strong school involvement with school philos etc.
Cons:-lots of talk of being on the decline(recent pledge class weak)
-in trouble with school and chances of getting kicked off are high
Lambda: Pros:- -Good social life with sororities and solid parties
-strong school involvement with school philos etc.
-strong academically (not necessarily important but def a pro)
-chances of getting kicked off are low
Cons:-Weak brotherhood because of no pledge process(non hazing)
-Some weird guys and socially awk
TKE: Pros: -Strong brotherhood/ pledge process
-Good social life and rage hard
-Chill/cool guys
-Have a complex
Cons: -Off campus(not necessarily bad but not good either)
-No school involvement no recognized by asu
-no socials or direct sorority involvement

I'm in an off campus frat and I live with all lambda's and honestly their brotherhood is among the best I've seen. There is a pledge process, so don't think you get your bid and thats it, no. They just call it something other than pledging
