As a lot of the top tier falls off the solid middle to upper middle are makin moves up, like kappa sig delta chi pi kapp alpha sig delta sig. Expect the greek landscape to change in 2 years

Definitely excited to see the top houses. Maybe for once the rankings will actually become relevant and our greek community respected. But I also agree that houses like Pi Kapp, Delta Sig, Lambda, And Kappa Sig could definitley all be considered top tier by the end of the year or even semester.
