by: Michael Crowe

Tier 1:

Tier 2:
Sigma Nu(ΣΝ)/Pike(ΠΚΑ)/Delta Sig(ΔΣΦ)

Tier 3:
Lambda(ΛΧΑ)/Fiji(ΦΓΔ)/Sig Tau(ΣΤΓ)

Tier 4:
Kappa Alpha Order(ΚΑ)/Sig Pi(ΣΠ)/Alpha Sig(ΑΣΦ)

Tier 5:
Delt(ΔΤΔ)/Theta Chi(ΘΧ)/Phi Kapp(ΦΚΘ)

Rest struggle for relevancy when it comes to representation on campus, sorority relations, party attendance, and overall reputation.

Explanations:
SAE or Pi Kapp are usually the consensus top houses at ASU right now from both girls and guys perspectives. Huge reputations, large parties, and charismatic guys help keep these chapters on top. Both have no issues with sweetheart representation for both themselves and for sororities. The big difference here is the overall personality. SAE is more your typical frat stereotype while Pi Kapp provides a more pretty boy fit pics on instagram type of vibe.
Snu is easily the most friendly chapter on campus. Great relations with sororities give them many sorority sweetheart representatives, and they always have the largest rush presence. They don't throw as often as other chapters, but when they do they go all out. Snu may be the only chapter that virtually has no "pledging process".
Pike and Delta Sig are similar in that unlike the rest of these chapters (except Fiji) they don't have a GLV house which hurts their overall exposure. The split between the two is similar to SAE and Pi Kapp where Pike is often labeled as gym bros whereas DSig is a little more like Pi Kapp. They both tend to have less presence on campus, but still maintain a loyal group of good looking girls that support them.
Lambda is falling. That's just the truth. Although they continue to bring in classes of solid guys who you would want to bring home to your parents, they are struggling to keep up with the rising chapters around them. Arguably top house only a few years ago, they struggle to have the same level of party popularity and female attention they used to. Really brutal drops have resulted in several small classes that hasn't helped either. That being said, they still maintain great relations on campus and are generally well respected.
Fiji is essentially a less popular DSig. They throw parties with great setups and party equipment. No GLV house hurts, but they do hold a reputation for great night parties along with Sig Pi. One big difference is they have much better overall sorority relations than DSig.
Sig Tau is on the rise. Solid classes the past couple of years have led to growing popularity. Suffer from lack of national reputation. Consistent parties and a high level of campus presence show huge potential for the chapter in the next few years. Always a factor in sorority philanthropies and sweetheart competitions.
KA has a similar reputation to Sig Tau. The big difference would be their relations. KA has tight relations with a few chapters rather than an overall crowd. Really tight with APhi and AXO in particular, they also throw joints often with Pike. Large campus presence keeps KA very relevant.
Sig Pi is usually overrated and ASig is usually underrated. Sig Pi does throw great night parties, but a small chapter size and inconsistent members really burden them. Some guys are great and some are off. Despite a loyal crowd, Sig Pi struggles with sorority relations beyond Kappa and DG. ASig draws the same crowd as Sig Pi but is much more known for their dayges than night parties. ASig also has virtually no representation in sororities, but are underrated overall.

Ran out of room for the rest

Not bad, accurate descriptions. I would move DSig and Lambda lower and move Sig Pi up a tier.

“Pike is often labeled as gym bros”

Just the way Frederick Southgate Taylor would’ve wanted. We wear that with a badge of honor
