PiKapp hasn’t been good since over half their fraternity was dropped by their nationals. And even before then they were never better than Lambda. KA is living off their old reputation and their old reputation wasn’t even good. They aren’t bad but I also know almost every girl would rather go to SAE, Phi Tau, Sig Pi, and even Sig Nu over KA. Sig Tau fell off a cliff the past two years and isn’t even a mid level house anymore. And then Alpha Sig and Delt are as similar as they come but Alpha Sig is just a better version. None of this is up for debate either these are just facts...
