theres a handful of good houses at asu. not really a noticeable tier system. about 6-7 worthwhile fraternities.

Have you guys given up trying to steal Kappa Sigma's (though it's really still PSK's) complex yet? I hear you were willing to pay 150% of the rent, and you tried to say they were breaking a bunch of rules so their landlord would kick them out. And yet you still don't have it hahahaha. Must be terrible groveling like a bottom tier for a mediocre complex when you're supposedly top tier. True fraternity gentlemen
