Top houses as of right now are...

Sig Ep
D Sig
Lambda
(In no particular order)

With sig chi having an awful semester I think most will agree that they shouldn't be considered a top house anymore. At this point they're just riding on the hype of their name from previous semesters. Sig ep, D sig, and Lambda have all stayed pretty consistent which is why they remain at the top.

I wouldn’t take Sig chi out, they still throw good parties and just because a bunch of lames want to come on here and say that had one bad parties out of many or maybe even 2 or 3 doesn’t change the fact that they are still a top house!

I’m not in either but Lambda’s appeal obviously isn’t that they throw down hard. If you get a group of tall rich kids who can talk to girls they will obviously be desirable to sororitys which literally is the main way to decide a top house

How tf do you consider Lambda a Top house. A lot of weird guys and parties are so average. I swear they’re only a “Top House” on here.
