Which fraternities have actual cool and genuine guys, because for example I heard sig chi just has party animals with bad grades

Honestly some frats with the friendliest guys that i know of are Pi Kapp, Phi Tau, SAE and SNu. however just know that the nicer fraternities are, the lower they tend to be ranked. Pi Kapp is the lone exception as they are probably the best house that’s not top. SAE doesn’t have a pledge process which makes them less respected than other frats, and SNu has gained the reputation of being the “friend-zone frat”

Delta Sig has a lot of cool guys, also would say Pi Kapp
