Delt: not a bottom house. that's the easiest way to describe them. They aren't mid, but they aren't one of the 15 bottom houses. A few cute guys here and there, but mostly below average looks. A lot like Alpha Sig
Sig Nu: terrible parties. Easily the worst parties on campus (aside from all the bottom houses nobody has ever heard of). Girls call them the Friend Zone Frat because overall they are very desperate for female attention lol. They also live on this site and love to talk about the fact they are no longer a bottom house
