i keep seeing this but why dont people like sig tau i generally thought it was well liked?

I'm not sure. I feel like it's frats and upset girls that rank them so low on here. They are kind of going downhill with their pledge classes but still a pretty solid middle tier. All of their seniors that graduated this year really kept them at their high position they were at

I’m buddies with their new president, he’s a pretty hard working and competent guy I think they’ll improve in the next semester

coming from a girl who’s gone to many of their parties i feel they have pretty dope parties and nice guys but the guys don’t seem to have other fraternal relations and the parties are low in attendance for the most part. the highest attended party is when they had their joint dayger with sae

theyre dope but they dont associate with other frats. they dont try and they dont seem to care. hence why a lot of frats dislike them because they a) dont try to associate and b) kinda gives them a rep that theyre too good to associate with anyone else
