benefits of being in top houses?
by: IncomingI’d like to know the hype and benefits of being in an Top/Upper fraternity and sorority are? Should I only rush a high tier house?

for fraternities being in a top house means being at the biggest parties (usually but not always the best) and you get to party with and/or bang the hottest chicks. that’s honestly it so if you’re looking for other things such as guys that take school seriously or a strong brotherhood you should definitely rush more than just the “top houses”
for sororities the main benefit of a top house seems to be clout and for some really large philos that are well attended by fraternities. anything else really depends on which one you choose

^ would say Delta Sig or Lambda, Sig Ep and Sig Chi are not about grades and brotherhood
