Well I’ll give you the basic answer. And I’m sure this goes for 99% of the frats here. We look for academics, social skills, and general attitude. We won’t straight up ask you about your financial background or what your gpa is, the main things during rush is, if you’re consistently showing up to events and you have good conversations with brothers and you vibe with the fraternity then you might get a bid. If you seem disinterested and just show up to 1/5 rush events expecting a bid then you won’t get anything.
Come with the right attitude and you’ll find a good fraternity regardless of the size or name
