rec letters?

Should pnms get rec letters? Will it impact recruitment? Who are you supposed to get these from?

If you are a girl however I would say yes they would help. You would get them from current or former members of the sorority. They will probably get you at least past the first round. If you do get one I recommend it being a family member or a friend, don’t get one from a stranger.

I'm on our recruitment team and a recommendation letter serves as an introduction to the Chapter. We courtesy invite back all women with a recommendation to round 2. For the selective chapters I would say a recommendation can not hurt but only help you.
