What are the grade cut offs for top houses? Is having above a 3.0 gunna help a dude that much for all houses?

Most top houses claim to care about grades but as long as you vibe with the dudes they will make an expectation, sig chi took a kid with a 0.9 gpa in the spring

lambda is the only top house that cares about your grades when you rush. both them and sig ep expect you to maintain decent grades if you pledge them
